"Went into a store in Des Moines. My daughter found a bedspread she like, but did not have in size. Asked seek to called dif. store, which he said they had it. Drove 30 miles to get it to be greeted by the same size. Asked women at desk to call a different store. She called, but never said the size or color to the person on the other side. When she hung up, I asked her if she said the color/size. She turned around to her friend at the other counter, rolled her eyes and giggled. She said oh. I thought you just wanted the bedspread in any size/colors She called back, and they didn't have it. She didn't say thank you or have a nice night, just that they don't have it. Very dissatisfied. Please get back to me."

"It was a good experience. I always find things to buy at Gordmans, their home decor is the reason I shop there- great products with great prices. The girl that checked me out wasn't super socialable and was kind of short, and there was a lot of people in line and not enough lines opened up- other then that it was an overall good experience."
